Restaurant Area Manager | Beirut

JOB ROLE

Manages and guarantees efficient and effective operations of the restaurants within the assigned area

DUTIES SUMMARY:
- Participates in establishing, documenting, implementing and, maintaining an effective operations quality management system
- Ensures the development of the operations policies and procedures and its compliances with quality and food safety requirements
- Oversees the quality performance of the restaurants and ensures total compliance with the standards set
- Ensures customer satisfaction in the restaurants and coordinates with the customer service department to respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Maximises the production capacity of the restaurants by overseeing their performance in terms of quality of products, customer service, and cleanliness through audits (restaurant operations review), and devises an action plan
- Participates in preparing the budget of the Restaurants
- Meets restaurant sales objectives by forecasting requirements; participating in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, 4 of them in a managerial position
- Ability to understand and apply principals of all Food & Beverage metrics of measurement.

- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Knowledge in Food Safety standards
